AR Designs began in a garage at home with our own Ford Fiesta ST180 track car. With the rear seats removed, we wanted a solid, flat floor to cover the exposed metal and finish the interior properly. We couldn’t find what we wanted, so we made it ourselves.
Other owners saw that first kit and asked for one for their cars. Requests for different makes and models followed, and one ST180 became a range of over 150 templates. Today, we build Clubsport rear seat delete kits for everything from Fiestas and Golfs to BMWs, Hondas and MINIs.
Eight years and more than 5,000 kits later, we still make our kits in our workshop in Wales. The range includes Black OEM-style carpet and Stretch Suede finishes, with separate bar and cargo net kits available to complete the setup. If your model isn’t listed, get in touch — developing kits in response to owners’ requests is how AR Designs started.
